Shopzaa is an independent electronics price comparison website for shoppers in India. It helps you browse selected products, compare available store listings and understand displayed offers. By using Shopzaa, you agree to these terms.
Browsing is free. Shopzaa does not sell the displayed products, take payments or fulfil orders. The catalog is a selection of devices and does not cover every product or retailer.
Prices, availability and discounts
Prices come from available retailer listings and are checked periodically. A check time describes when a listing was observed; it does not guarantee the price will remain available when you reach the store.
“Lowest listed” means the lowest eligible store price shown for that comparison. It does not mean the lowest price anywhere on the internet. Delivery charges, location, seller, stock, membership, payment method and offer conditions can affect what you pay.
“List price” is the reference price supplied by a listing and is not necessarily a manufacturer’s declared MRP. Savings and discounts are based on the available reference and listed prices. Bank offers and other conditional promotions depend on the retailer’s current terms and your eligibility.
Check the exact model, storage, connectivity, colour, included items, seller, warranty and final checkout amount at the store. Product descriptions, comparisons and images can contain errors or change over time.
Deal ratings
Deal ratings provide guidance based on the available price information. They are not hands-on product reviews, a promise of product quality or a guarantee of future price changes. Missing ratings are shown as unavailable.
Use ratings alongside the product’s specifications, retailer policies and your own requirements when deciding what to buy.
Purchasing from stores
Buy links take you to an external retailer, sometimes through a referral provider. Retailer and provider terms and privacy notices apply when you leave Shopzaa. A store being listed does not make Shopzaa its official representative.
Your purchase agreement is with the seller or retailer. They handle payment, shipping, cancellations, returns, refunds and warranty claims. Contact the store shown on your order confirmation for help with an order.
Shopzaa cannot change a retailer’s price, reserve stock or issue refunds for purchases made elsewhere.
Responsible use and content
You may use Shopzaa to browse and compare products. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, misuse refresh controls or submit harmful requests. Access that disrupts the service may be restricted.
Shopzaa’s branding and original website content belong to their respective owners. Retailer names, product images, descriptions and manufacturer trademarks remain the property of their owners. Their appearance helps identify products and stores.
Service availability and your rights
We aim to keep comparisons useful, but information or features may be incomplete, delayed or temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopzaa does not guarantee uninterrupted access or accept responsibility for losses caused by inaccurate external listings or retailer transactions.
These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Indian law applies to the use of this service, subject to protections that applicable law gives you.
