Information we handle

This policy applies to Shopzaa at shopzaa.in and its price comparison service. You can browse without creating an account. Shopzaa does not offer checkout, collect card details or ask for a delivery address.

Search terms and filter choices are sent to our service to return matching products. Search terms may also appear in the page address. Please avoid putting personal or sensitive information in a search.

Our hosting services may record technical request information, including your IP address, browser details, requested pages, request times and errors. This helps deliver the website, investigate faults and protect the service.

If you contact us, we use the details you provide to respond to your request. Do not send passwords, payment information or documents containing sensitive personal information.

Cookies and external services

The current Shopzaa storefront does not create customer accounts or store shopping profiles in your browser. It does not include third-party advertising pixels or analytics scripts.

Fonts are delivered through Google Fonts, and some product images are loaded from retailer or image-hosting websites. Your browser connects to those services to load these assets, which can disclose technical information such as your IP address and the referring website. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Store links may include referral identifiers or, when enabled, pass through a link provider such as Cuelinks. After you follow a link, that provider or retailer may use cookies, click identifiers and device information to record visits and purchases. Their own privacy notices and cookie settings apply. Information you enter during checkout is handled by the retailer. Shopzaa does not receive your delivery address, card details or retailer account password through its price comparison service.

Your choices

You can use Shopzaa without registration and choose whether to open a store link. Your browser settings let you manage cookies, restrict third-party requests and clear stored browsing data. Some external services may behave differently when blocked.

If you have shared information with us in a support conversation, you can request access, correction or deletion through that conversation. We may need enough information to verify and locate your request. We do not require you to send identity documents during ordinary browsing.

Storage, sharing and security

Website delivery and hosting providers process the technical information needed to run the service. Support information is used to handle your enquiry. We do not operate a service that sells shopper profiles or personal information.

Technical records and support correspondence are kept for the purposes described here and for any applicable legal obligations. We avoid asking for information that is unnecessary for your request. No website or email service can guarantee complete security.

We may disclose relevant information when required by applicable law or to investigate abuse and protect the service. External providers may process information outside your country under their own terms.

We will update this page when our data practices change and revise the date above. This policy describes the current service; additional features that collect personal information will need their own clear explanation.
